Characteristics of halogen free electronic wires

Halogen-free electronic wires are single-core electronic wires, so they only contain conductors and insulation.Halogen-free electronic wires differ from PVC electronic wires in terms of insulation, halogen-free and PVC materials.Because PVC contains halogens, lead, cadmium, mercury and cadmium, it emits toxic smoke when burned, which is why environmentally friendly low-smoke halogen-free materials were developed later in the wire industry.
1. Use of halogen-free electronic wires
The product has excellent flame retardant performance, little smoke and no corrosive gas escaping during combustion. It is widely used in nuclear power stations, Metro stations, telephone switches and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, important military facilities, oil platforms, and places where people are concentrated and air density is low.
2. Halogen-free electronic line characteristics
(1) The tensile strength of PVC wires is greater than that of ordinary PVC wires: in general, the tensile strength of PVC wires is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while that of low smoke halogen-free wires is greater than 1.2Kgf/mm2;
(2) It has good weatherability (-30 ~105 C);
(3) It has good softness (hardness 80-90);
(4) It is non-movable (because there is no need to add plasticizer in the formula of this product, it will not be movable);
(5) No toxic black smoke (small amounts of white smoke) is produced when burning;
(6) It has higher volumetric resistivity: PVC wires are generally 1015~1015_/cm3, and low smoke halogen-free wires are larger than 1016_/cm3;;;;
(7) It has good high voltage resistance: PVC wires are generally resistant to more than 10KV, while low smoke halogen-free wires are up to 15KV;
(8) It has good elasticity and viscosity.
3. Formula additions for low smoke and halogen-free exhaust wires
Linear PE and elastic PE were selected as the main resins, and three kinds of metal oxides containing crystalline water were selected as flame retardant materials: lost crystalline water at 200, 300 and above 300 C, respectively.
