Components of nose bridge and production process
As a professional manufacturer of nose bridge, here we introduce the components and production process of the lower nose bridge:
1. The nose bridge is usually divided into two categories: built-in nose bridge and external nose bridge.
The built-in nose bridge is divided into fully plastic nose bridge (made of special PET plastic), wire nose bridge (wire + PP or PE insulation), which is cut by the mask machine and stitched into the mask.
External nose bridge strips are usually adhesive aluminium strips, usually manually welded to the outside of the mask.
2. Production process of built-in nose bridge:
