Conductor material: multiple strands of superfine fine stranded oxygen-free bare copper wire, in accordance with CDE0295 CLASS 6 standard (tin-plated copper wire, please specify in advance);
Insulation materials: special mixed elastomer, such as butylene/automotive materials/TPE, etc.
Color code: < 0.5mm color means black, brown, blue, pink, orange, purple;
Tension resistant elements: polyester yarn fibers and Kevlar anti-drawing filler strips;
Cord structure: Each layer is specially treated and wrapped with non-woven cloth tape;
Wrapping material: flexible non-woven cloth, polyester tape or aluminum foil mylar;
Inner sheath: Modified low viscosity strong extrusion inner sheath (optional);
Structure: Tin-plated copper wire braided copper mesh, density more than 80%;
Sheath material: special modified elastomer butylene/special PUR material;
