Problems and solutions of nasal bridge of mask
From January 2020, due to the huge increase in the demand for masks in the market, the demand for mask machines has also increased significantly. Starting from February 2020, mask machines on the market will be put into production. Because of the large market gap and the urgent demand for masks, all kinds of urgent problems need to be solved quickly.
The author shares the problems and solutions in the industry as follows:
Problem 1: the mask on the nose fit fixer was bent after cutting, which made the mask unable to be welded and sutured.
Bending reasons: A, the packing line is not in order, B, the iron wire is too rigid.
Solution 1: production line must be arranged in order, tight packaging can not be loose. Choose iron wire with lower rigidity.
Solution 2: before cutting the mask, use the straightening device to straighten the nose fit fixer 100%. After straightening, the product is shown in the figure below. This device can straighten all the wires of the nose fit fixer of the mask, but the steel wire can not be used as the nose fit fixer. Otherwise, alignment cannot be achieved.
2. Problem 2: the nose fit fixer slips on the mask and its position is unstable.
Solution: increase the roughness of the bridge surface as much as possible.
3. Problem 3: the size of the nose bar does not match with the feeding port of the mask machine and cannot be used.
Solution 1: can ask the manufacturer to customize the size.
Solution 2: adjust and change the accessories of mask machine.
