The input voltage of DC charging pile is three-phase four wire AC 380V ± 15% and the frequency is 50 Hz. The output is straightenable current. The power battery of electric vehicle is directly charged. It can achieve the requirements of fast charging, and the standard electric vehicle AC charging pile is commonly known as "slow charging". The AC charging point only provides power output without charging function. High voltage cables for new energy vehicles are mainly produced by special cables with high performance. Application characteristics of high voltage line for new energy vehicles:
1. During the charging process, the voltage, current and other signal control and transmission network system of the cable has the characteristics of high voltage resistance, high temperature resistance, electromagnetic interference resistance, stable signal transmission and deflection resistance of more than 10000 times, wear resistance of more than 50000 times, wear resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance and so on.
2. The high-voltage wire of new energy vehicle has good concentricity, which can reach more than 80%, so that the high-voltage resistance of the cable is stable and reliable.
3. The minimum bending degree of the product is 4D, which is convenient for use between corner wiring in narrow space. It has the characteristics of high flexibility and is convenient for vehicle wiring.
4. The rated temperature of the product is 125 ℃, which is a great technical progress and promotion of disposable molding soft insulation material. It is very important to ensure the flexibility of the cable and improve the current carrying capacity of the cable.
