1. Daily safety of workshops

2. Safety in wire drawing production (copper pulling, aluminum pulling)
1. Placement and aluminium rod joints
(1) When the wiring pole is in disorder, it is absolutely not advisable to open the mechanism line separately to prevent safety accidents.
(2) Prevent the aluminum pole from ejecting to people when the speed is too fast.
(3) When suspending aluminium pole, pay attention to the smooth running of the vehicle, prevent shaking and pulling to break the pole. The hoist should keep a distance from the aluminium pole. When holding the aluminium pole, the fingers should not be embedded in the aluminium pole.
(4) Protective glasses should be worn during the welding of aluminium rods. People should wear protective glasses on the side of the welder to prevent burning by welding sparks.
2. Roll head piercing
(1) When rolling, the direction of rod entry should be opposite to the direction of rolling wheel rotation to prevent the hand from being carried in by misoperation.
(2) During the initial operation of clamping the wire with the clamp block during the drawing of the rolling mill, attention should be paid to prevent the hand from being injured by the clamp block and the roller.
(3) When the aluminium large-pull matching rolling mill is working, people should keep a safe distance from the cutter to prevent it from being cut.
(4) The rolling mill should be operated by a single person to prevent improper coordination and injuries during operation by multiple persons.

3. Close up and down
(1) Attention should be paid to anti-collision and anti-pressure when discs are up and down, and attention should be paid to pedestrians when discs are pushed to prevent injuries.
(2) When breaking lines and changing discs during production, people should come close from the side of the disc when they approach the turning disc, and cover their face with their hands to prevent the threads from hurting people.
4. Medium-tension annealing of copper
(1) The softening chamber should not be opened without closing in place. Close the steam before opening the softening chamber.
(2) After the steam is connected, the pipeline is hot to prevent scalding.
(3) After the steam is connected, hot water and steam are injected into the inlet of the softening chamber line to prevent scalding.
5. During the production of the product, the body shall not touch the running product.

3. Safety of strand production
1. Wiring
(1) When you relax the line on a plate, you should prevent it from ejecting and injuring people.
(2) Prevent the upper and lower discs from bumping into hands and feet by the discs.
(3) At the end of production, pay more attention to the situation of wiring, so as to prevent injuries caused by the breakage of the wiring fixed on the disc.
2. Strand
(1) When operating the upper and lower discs of the upper disc mechanism, the discs must be operated in accordance with the specifications to prevent them from falling off.
(2) During normal operation, the upper tray of the winch should be about 40 cm away from the winch, and personnel should not enter between the upper tray and the winch, and pay attention to maintaining a proper safe distance from the winch.
(3) When the brakes of production winches are not clamped, no climbing or cleaning near the winches shall be allowed.
(4) During production, personnel shall keep a distance from the partition board and the single line of the hinges, and it is forbidden to put their hands into the single line.
3. Traction
(1) During operation, it is forbidden to follow the line with your hand on the strand to prevent crushing.
(2) Prohibit proximity to the transmission part of the traction gear.
4. Receiving Wire
(1) When taking in the wire, the hand should be a little farther from the point where the strand is pressed in (about 1 m) to prevent the hand from being pressed under the strand.
(2) When the closing disc is up and down, rolling and hoisting, attention should be paid to the foot pressing and bumping of the disc.
(3) When cutting strands, strictly follow the cutting machine operation rules.
4. Safety of annealing furnace production
1. When hoisting pallets, strictly follow the driving operation rules, pay attention to safety and avoid injuries to products, personnel and equipment.
2. The tray mounting bracket is stable and does not roll freely.
3. When loading or removing cranes, personnel shall stand on the platform vehicles to prevent unstable falls.

3. Wrapper

8. Safety of steam cross-linking production

2. When the cross-linked pool is in operation, the cover of the cross-linked pool must not be opened.When the cover is opened, the operator should be more than 1 meter away from the cross-linked pool opening to prevent hot air burns.

9. Safety in use of the winder

10. Safety in use of power frequency spark machines
1. Power frequency spark machines shall not be used without effective and reliable grounding.
2. Receive and check first whether the device is safe and reliable before operation and the surrounding area should be cleaned.
3. When working, no one may touch the baht chain of the spark machine with his hands or other objects to avoid injuries caused by high pressure.
11. Safety in use of air compressors
1. Repair or maintenance can only be carried out on the unit if the power supply has been cut off and the compressed air in the whole air compressor system has been emptied (the pressure inside the unit equals the atmospheric pressure).
2. Connect the power supply to the air compressor for a very short period of time (about 1 second) before starting to check if the direction of rotation of the air compressor is correct, otherwise the screw set of the air compressor can be damaged in a few minutes.
3. Ensure that pure gas is inhaled during the operation of the machine, and there is no flammable, explosive or toxic gas.
4. Make sure all connectors and accessories are strong before the unit runs.
5. Do not loosen or disassemble any accessories, connectors and components during operation to avoid serious injury accidents.
6. Safety devices such as air switches and fuse wires must be installed on the power supply line of the air compressor to ensure the reliability of the electrical equipment. It is important to connect appropriate grounding wires in accordance with the safety regulations of the relevant departments.
7. The air compressor cannot work above the exhaust pressure specified on the plate, otherwise the motor overloads, which will cause the unit to shut down.
8. The safety valve is installed on the oil and gas separator. When the gas pressure in the system exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will operate. At this time, the cause of overpressure should be checked and the fault should be eliminated.
9. Cannot use corrosive chemical solvents to clean air compressors and auxiliary equipment.

However, attention should be paid to the injuries caused by sports and high temperature parts, and protective ear caps should be worn. No leftovers should be left on the unit or inside the unit.
12. Pressure containers shall not be repaired or repaired by repairing welds or inspecting the inside of machines or pressure containers with open flame light sources.
13. Safety in use of hydraulic packers
1. 14. Safety of forklift use
1. Drivers must undergo professional training and drive with a license.
2. Drivers are not allowed to drive after drinking, be overweight, exceed speed or exceed speed limit. They should be safe and courtesy. They should beep at the turn and move slowly. They are not allowed to park in disorder. People are prohibited under their forks.
3. When a forklift is driving, it is strictly forbidden to stand on a fork (or on a fork). No one else may ride in the cab.
15. Operational Rules for Safety Operation of Driving

6. Slow down when approaching a winding limiter, a nearby terminal or a nearby driving vehicle.It is not allowed to use reverse car instead of braking or stop limited, and emergency switch instead of normal switch.
7. When work stops, the lifter may not stay in the air.During operation, parking should be avoided when someone on the ground or dropping a crane.It is strictly forbidden for a hanging object to cross over a person's head.The lifting object must not be too high off the ground.
8. When two vehicles hoist an object at the same time, they must obey the command and keep pace with each other.
9. Overhaul and running vehicles should be parked in safe places, cut off the power supply and hang a warning sign of "No Closing".The ground should be fenced and marked with "No Pass".
10. When lifting heavy tonnage objects, test the lifting slightly away from the ground first to make sure the hanging is stable and brake well, then rise and run slowly.It is not allowed to run in multiple directions at the same time.
(2) Safety in driving
1. Before driving, all parts of the equipment must be carefully inspected to ensure safety before driving. It is strictly forbidden for the equipment to work with diseases.
2. When in use, the control button must be clicked to determine the correct driving direction. During driving, the hook must not collide with any object, and the hook must run at an empty height of more than two meters from the ground.
3. Before the hook approaches the workpiece, it must move slowly and stop rewinding instead of braking.
4. Before hoisting, the weight of the object to be hoisted must be confirmed, and overloading operation is strictly prohibited.
5. The overweight slings must be strong and reliable, and they must be hoisted according to the hoisting position. It is strictly forbidden to use rubber belt to hoist workpieces. When hoisting heavy objects, the test hoist must be started first to ensure the mechanical braking performance of the driving vehicle and the stability and reliability of the hoisting objects.
6. It is not allowed to pull or skew the lifting objects so as to ensure that the hooks are vertical. When the lifting objects are running, their height from the ground must not exceed 10cm. The lifting position of the sling rope must be reasonable and reliable, and the lifting safety should be ensured.
7. When hoisting, the workpiece must not stand up or down, there must be no floating objects on the workpiece, and heavy objects must not be suspended in the air to process them. It is strictly forbidden to place your hands directly under the workpiece.
